Noggin at The Royal Oak, Barcombe, Sunday 9 October 2022

On a lovely sunny Autumn day a small group of 14 SexMoggers came in 6 Morgans, hoods down, to the somewhat quirky and time warp Royal Oak in the attractive village of Barcombe. The pub has no car park and so the Morgans were lined up in the road outside. Kay and Chad Vyse had just collected their beautiful dark red Morgan KV22 MOG the day before.

We were told on arrival that the scheduled cold buffet was not available but we could order from the bar menu and pay for our choices rather than the £15 per head which had been agreed. After eating in the quirky function room which bore a resemblance to a former chapel or meeting room we got down to the serious business of playing skittles.

The winners were Les and Maggie with a score of 30.
