Duxford -18 March 2025

SexMog reprobates during the visit to Duxford.

It proved difficult to find a country pub that had the facilities to put us up for our three-night trip to Cambridge and IWM Duxford. We ended up at Premier Inns, North Girton and what a good decision that was. Staff falling over themselves to help us, good clean comfortable bedrooms and super food, wine and beer. They were in the middle of a re-fit too which can’t have made it easy for them. Full marks to Lenny Henry.

Duxford air museum was spectacular and the fine weather helped.

We hit lucky with our pubs for the evening meal too. The Plough at Duxford and The White Horse at Oakington both gave us a warm welcome and fed us super pub grub. No-one got lost. No-one broke down. No-one got ill.
