We have arranged to visit:
ST MARY`S HOUSE, TEA ROOM AND GARDENS AT BRAMBER but the actual address is:
The Street
Steyning
BN443WU
The origins of St Mary`s date back to the 12th century and the days of the Knights Templar when five acres of land in the village of Bramber were given to them around 1125. The present beautiful building was constructed c1470 and the owners for the last 40 years have carried out an extensive renovation programme.. There is now a tea room on site.
Our contact has been with Jill who has owned classic cars and is familiar with Morgans.
The programme will be a visit to the tea room for 12 noon. The tea room is alongside the house and serves light lunches, tea/coffee and cakes.
The house is open from 2pm until 6 pm with last entries at 4.30 so we will move from the tea room to the house for when they open. Due to recent events we cannot be booked in as a group but we can enter individually at the concession rate of £14 per head. The car park is reasonably large and also close to the house.
Jill would like to have numbers around the 8th of September so that she can let the tea room know  that they will be busy on the 14th.
If you would like to go to Bramber, it also has very beautiful gardens, please reply directly to us at mogsatappletree@googlemail.com by 7th September.
Thankyou
David and Marilyn
