August Noggin. Pub lunch, followed by a walking Treasure Hunt round Lindfield – WEDNESDAY 11 August 2021

PLEASE NOTE – THIS MEETING IS ON A WEDNESDAY, NOT THE USUAL SUNDAY

Our August meeting will be at 1.00p.m. in the upstairs room at The Bent Arms, in Lindfield . After lunch there will be a simple, walking treasure hunt around Lindfield, taking approximately an hour. There is nothing to collect, just searching for the answers to clues. Sexmoggers are welcome to come just to the lunch, or just for the treasure hunt if they wish.

The noggin is being organised by David and Marilyn Neary and Geoff Roberts.

The menu is shown below and the pub needs us to submit our choices well in advance. Please advise David and Marilyn Neary at mogsatappletree@googlemail.com of your menu choices by  26 July. Please give the name of each attendee and their choices. You will need to make payment for food and drinks (plus any tip if you choose) direct to the pub on the day.

Baked cod with chorizo and butterbean stew

Beef and mushroom stroganoff with mashed potato and vegetables

Cauliflower and lentil curry with rice, salad and poppadom

Pan fried breast of chicken with roasted new potatoes, cherry tomatoes and a creamy pesto sauce.
