After many days of rain it was an overcast but mainly dry day for our lunch and Biennial General Meeting. No doubt concern about the previous weather resulted in only a few brave Morgans in the car park. The Jack and Jill Inn was temporarily closed for refurbishment but fortunately the kitchen and meeting room were still available.
We gathered between 12 and 1 and lunch was served promptly at 1.00. With Alan and then John at the door directing the servers, the confusion of earlier occasions was avoided. The food was good, hot and , if anything, there was rather too much served on each plate, as many people could not finish it.
This was followed by the BGM, excellently marshalled by Alan, who ensured the full agenda was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Many thanks to Maggie Cornish for the external photos.
