Spring Lunch Barnsgate Manor, 5th May 2019

The Spring Lunch went very well. The weather was good and although a bit on the cold side, the sun was shining and there was a good turnout of Morgans. 61 people attended this year and the food was good, both in terms of choice and quality.  There was a ‘buzz’ throughout the event which went on until about 5 o’clock. The Social Secretaries Award was presented to Geoffrey and Anita for all their sterling work in the last 2 years, and the Wings were presented to Malcolm Matheson for rescuing a Morgan from lying loved but unused in a garage for 9 years, restoring it to its former glory and putting it back on the road where it belongs. The raffle was held in aid of St Catherine’s Hospice in memory of Beverley Wilson and raised £260 for the charity.’ Our thanks to Mike and Jo for organising the lunch again this year.
