The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs® Drive It Day’
Guided bluebell and woodland walk and lunchtime barbecue at Malvern Farmhouse, Gun Hill near Horam.
Get your Moggies on the road early on Sunday 28th April and go for a spin around the Sussex countryside. Time your run to arrive at Gun Hill 10:30 to 11:00 am and you shall then have a guided tour of our bluebell woodland and view “Old Lace Wood” which Sex- and HopMog members helped us plant in 2009. Dogs welcome.
Around 1:30 pm a barbecue lunch will be provided with local farmers’ sausages, bread rolls, accoutrements, selection of salads, tea and coffee. ‘Bring Yer Own’ wine and beer if that’s what you prefer. Also bring your own cutlery and crockery, chairs and tables and footwear suitable for a walk around a wood. There will be a 3 x 9 metre marquee in case of rain. For those who haven’t been here before, there’s plenty of parking and we also own 1934 and 1935 Morgans.
All at a SexMog subsidised cost of £5 per head but you must pre-book please or we won’t know how many sausages to buy. You must book by 21st April. HopMoggers welcome too.
